Here I am, up on the slope with the Ninja. This slope glider flies excellent, and was not too difficult to build. It is wood construction, with foam-core, balsa sheeted wings, covered in ultracoat. Notice the ski goggles...a must-have for sloping during high winds. Although I look like a geek, it eeps the eyes from watering, and UV protection too! Total Construction Time = 2 full weekends. This kit comes as just a box of wood, with some foam wing cores. Lots of gluing, sanding, and covering work to be done to put her together. |
